Le mindmapping peut être intégré dans la pratique de l'apprentissage collaboratif. Il présente des qualités intéressantes pour ce type de démarche :
- gestion de contenu facile - apprentissage collaboratif à distance - visibilité du suivi des activités de chaque étudiant - flexibilité dans l'organisation de nouvelles idées - collaboration de groupe en temps réel (synchrone).
La question à se poser dans tous les cas est toujours la même : Pourquoi ? Quels sont les objectifs que nous poursuivons en lançant cette démarche d'apprentissage collaboratif ?

A new mind mapping tool for creating mind maps online. To learn more about it, click Help ("i" on the toolbar). All the editing tips are displayed on the default mind map. When you save the map, you get a unique URL for your map. The tool offers a great possibility to build a mind map collaboratively. Each time someone edits the map, the new version is saved with a new URL.

MindMup is a tool used to breakdown information. Great tool for primary students when looking at stories where they need to break the story down into the characters, environment etc.

Pour les amoureux du mindMapping, MindMup est un excellent outil qui peut maintenant facilement s'interfacer avec la solution de stockage déportée DropBox.

All of these skills are developed as this ICT tool provides the opportunity for students to construct a mind map online! This is Visual and involved program that engages students in their learning and very simple to use.
The general capabilities are met on many levels as the program can be embedded into any learning area

Framindmap est un nouveau projet du réseau Framasoft. Il permet de faire de jolies cartes heuristiques directement en ligne à même le navigateur (on parle aussi de carte mentale ou mind map). L’interface est franchement fluide et intuitive. Pas d’installation, pas d’inscription, vous voici tout de suite opérationnel(le) ! Visual Root est un logiciel gratuit et en ligne qui permet de créer collaborativement des cartes heuristiques comportant vidéos, images et texte. Les cartes réalisées sous Visual Root sont en quelque sorte des conversations, chacun pouvant en lancer une sous forme de map et les autres internautes vont alors pouvoir commenter, ajouter des éléments et des réponses. C'est un outil très intéressant pour le brainstorming, on peut d'un seul coup d'oeil voir quels sont les éléments qui ont reçus le plus de votes favorables et comment ils sont connectés. Si bien pudiera parecer solo un tema de las prácticas y herramientas didácticas, sus aplicaciones concretas a la docencia-aprendizaje-estudio de Relaciones Internacionales y de los temas del Caribe.... parece un elementos fundamental.
