applies the learning sciences
uses human-centered engineering design methodologies, and
applies data-informed decision-making
to support learners and their development.

There is a long distance between adult education and children education; there are different methods, needs, motivation, challenges, difficulties and advantage. As facilitators it is necessary to understand the differences and to start implementing methods according to the age of learners. 

This article presents: AGES (Attention-Generation-Emotion-Spacing) that is a model proposed by Lila Davachi from Associate Professor of Psychology at New York University; moreover, it is considered highly effective implementing the four elements (Attention-Generation-Emotion-Spacing) that are essential in adult learning. Definitely, the article will help facilitators to: 

-Attention: be aware of its importance and the negatively use of multitask 
-Generation: be aware of the use of working memory, self- directed learning, selective manner…
-Emotion: the impart of emotions for creating meaningful memories 
-Spacing: the limitations of getting information

 *each one of the elements has extra link to go depthly in the research.

Conocimientos que "mueren" demasiado rápido. Individuos que deben estar aprendiendo continuamente. Aprender a aprender (hábitos de aprendizaje, extraer aprendizaje de la experiencia, estar al día, reconocer el aprendizaje "casual".
