This infographic/visualization provides six steps that show how to flip a classroom. It also makes it clear that after you work through the six steps you must also review what has taken place, revise as necessary and then repeat. The six steps are: 1. Plan 2. Record 3. Share 4. Change 5. Group 6. Regroup But to understand what they mean by each of these you should go to the post. Flipping the classroom takes time, but today there are many locations where you can find great videos that will work for you. There are numerous tools available that help you create videos on your own, or take an existing video and add comments, questions, etc., so that it will meet your needs. If you are considering using video as a way to flip your class in the upcoming school year this post also provides links to additional resources that you may find helpful.

The author also raises a critical point: "Don’t just slap on a piece of technology, or in this case an RSA style video at the end just because you can. It won’t magically make your unit breathtakingly awesome. You really have to start off by asking why? Why is this tool or method necessary for the success of this unit?"
