Personal note-taking app Evernote is the latest high-profile victim of wide-scale hacking attempts, following breaches at Twitter, Facebook and others in recent weeks.

In a blog post, the company has admitted that “individual(s) responsible were able to gain access to Evernote user information,

but they appear to have been stopped before accessing payment details were accessed.
